  Customers have the right to withdraw and cancel services purchased or booked for any reason with a written notice of cancellation, via post or email. Because costs incur in cancelling confirmed bookings, particularly if cancellations occur close to event date, customers will be charged a cancellation fee.

  Cancellation fees: If you cancel (this is the date on which we receive your written notice of cancellation):
  More than 2 month before your event: 35% deposit will be lost.
  Less than 2 months before your event: full payment must be made.
