Social Events Planning
Corfu is a wonderful and world-famed destination. Many couples from Europe and overseas choose our island for setting their perfect wedding scene, for their wedding ceremony, reception and honeymoon. We are here to help you design your dream wedding event in the most beautiful Greek island.
We specialize in designing and planning social events in Corfu, tailored made to your needs and budget; Weddings, Christenings, Symbolic Ceremonies, etc...From start to finish!
Our team of experts can help you make all arrangements for your dream wedding ceremony and reception. The process is quite simple:
Consultation
Initially, we arrange a consulation meeting with customers. At this point, we discuss initial concept ideas, timeline, event checklisting, budget etc.
After consultation, we prepare an event plan, with detailed descriptions of services, schedules, timeline, costs, overall budget etc.
Event plan is reviewed by customers and then we arrange the final event details and sign the event contract.
Typically, a 35% deposit is required in order to make booking arrangements.
Preparation
We start preparations for each dream wedding project with ceremony and reception venue booking and then we look over the contracts for each vendor, customers have chosen to hire. We work with top professionals to ensure top service quality.
As the special day is approaching, we contact venue managers and vendors to get feedback on the preparations and ensure that everything goes according to plan and coordinate them properly. Customers get a weekly progress report via email.
Please note that we require at least 8 weeks for bookings and preparations after contract signing. For event dates on high season (July - August), bookings must be made as early as March - April in order to ensure the best selection of venues, vendors, accomodation premises and services.
Coordination
Finally, the big day has come. Our team will be at your service from the minute you arrive at Corfu until you depart to make sure that everything goes according to plan and you had enjoyed a worderful event.
Our event coordinator will ensure that the event plan is carried out smoothly and discretely handle any problems that may arise. He is the liaison with the ceremony venue, reception venue, catering manager, decorators, florists, entertainment, photographer, vendors and parents/guests.
Our team has the experience and flexibility to handle any last-minute changes that may come up, so you can enjoy your celebration! With CDW watching over the details of the wedding day, you can enjoy all the special moments with your family and friends without stressing.
